I had some water damage in my home due to a sudden leak from a pipe under my built-in dishwasher.  There was damage to the floor under my dishwasher and to a portion of the basement ceiling and walls.  I contacted my insurance company and they denied my claim, suggesting that there was extensive mould damage that was not covered under my policy.

 I ultimately contacted Patrick who proved to be extremely helpful.  He came to my home to assess the damage.  He was very thorough in his assessment and he provided me a quote to fix the damage.  He was able to start the work immediately and completed it quickly, safely, efficiently and significantly under the estimated cost.

 Because he found very little mould, after completion of the work he provided me with 2 separate invoices that divided the damage caused by the water leak and the damage attributable to the mould.  This was very helpful in my negotiations with my insurance company.
